There are many things that may be stopping us from reaching towards our resolutions as we dive into Spring semester here at Fisher. While resolving to get fit always tops that list, there are also many student athletes working to get in shape for the season. Perhaps it is the dark, cold, Rochester winter weather, or the new workload that has you unmotivated. I know from personal experience that nothing is worse than motivating yourself to get out of your warm cozy bed where endless seasons of your favorite series on Netflix are begging to be watched, to take a walk to the SLC.
Once you finally get there the worst obstacle awaits you to prevent you from getting that new body... Fisher's constantly packed, not so big, not so state of the art gym. Suddenly, you realize your workout options have shrunken and you're forced to settle.
Although it's easy to get discouraged, remember that everyone is there for the same reason. However if the people are simply something you can't overcome, check out this workout that can be done in your dorm room...just keep in mind our desk chairs are rocking chairs!
